Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University offers admission to BPA, BFA, MPA, some of the diploma, MA and certificate courses based on PSTUCET. It is an entrance exam conducted by the university for selecting candidates for admission. Once selected, aspirants have to report at the campus for document verification and fee payment to confirm their seat.

Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University offers admission to most of the programmes based on PSTUCET conducted by the university. For a few programmes, the selection is based on merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam. Hence, direct admissions are not offered and aspirants have to participate in selection rounds for admission at PSTU. Once selected, candidates have to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

The University is not that costly. The course fee is also not very high. The most higher fees is of the course BFA in Sculpture and Painting which is INR 13.2K whereas, the cheapest is INR 700. Average goes up around INR 5000.

PSTU offers one-year PG Diploma courses. Mere qualifying the Class 12 wont get admission in the course. For PG diploma, aspirants need to pass any of the UG degree. Candidates also need to pass PSTUCET for admission to some of the PG diploma programmes for admission. 

PSTU Hyderabad offers one-year certificate courses spread across two semesters. The university offers certificate courses in Animation & VFX, Stitching & Tailoring and Photography & Video and Astrology. Candidates have to complete a minimum of Class 10 to apply for any of the certificate courses.

Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University usually conducts PSTUCET in the first week of October. Candidates applying for a course accepting PSTUCET have to appear for the same for admission. PSTUCET is conducted separately for each programme at different time. Once the PSTUCET results are out, candidates are informed about their selection.

Aspirants applying for a UG, PG, diploma or a certificate course at PSTU Hyderabad have to pay an application fee of INR 600. Candidates have to pay an application fee via any of the online payment modes. Once the candidate pays the fee, he or she must keep the fee receipt with them for future reference. Aspirants must also not the transaction id and reference number for login in future.

Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University releases application form in June-July via online mode. The applications usually closes in August. Any aspirant applying for admission after the deadline have to pay a late fee along with the application fee. Once the application process is over, the university conducts the entrance test in the first week of October.

The fee structure for UG courses at Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University - PSTU varies depending on the course and the category of the student. However, the average tuition fee for undergraduate degrees at PSTU is roughly INR 10,000 per year. The UG courses offered by PSTU are:

• Certification in Kuchipudi Dance, Music, Folk Dance, or Folk Instrument.
