M.Tech is available in 11 specialisations, namely Computer Science, Construction Technology & Management, Production Technology, Structural Engineering, Thermal Engineering and VLSI & Embedded Systems, etc. Aspirants who have completed bachelor's deree in Engineering or equivalent degree with at least 50% aggregate in Class 12 can apply for the M.Tech course.

MTech is a two-year course offered in six specialisations, namely VLSI & Embedded Systems, Production Technology, Structural Engineering, Computer Science, Thermal, Construction Technology & Management. M.Tech course is divided into four semesters. Candidates who have completed bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent degree with at least 50% aggregate in Class 12 can apply for the M.Tech course.
