Principal Architect Architecture course involves the art and Science of planning, designing, and engineering buildings and large structures. The campus life at COET is great.

Placements: About 80% of students got an opportunity in reputed firms during an internship. Architectural firms offer job and a good stipend to the students. I am an architecture student, and there is hardly any placement. However, the academic experiences and the way of carrying out submission will train students to be self-capable.

Infrastructure: The campus is beautiful, and it has more than 50 different types of trees and plants. Some spaces have green canopies so that one should constantly experience inside and outside. Architecture building is newly constructed. The department of architecture is designed very functionally, and it fulfils the requirements. Studios are large and well-ventilated.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified and experienced. They are highly dedicated. Lectures are conducted regularly. Every Saturday, forum activities are conducted to increase the imagination power and also to motivate students for their design solutions.

Other: I have chosen this course because architecture is a matter of transformation. There are some loopholes in academic practice. Our college should conduct practical sessions for students, which will increase awareness among the people.

What is the cutoff of SGBAU for 2025 admission? I belong to the OBC category.

SGBAU MHTCET M.Tech cutoff 2025 for the OBC for the Home State quota category ranged between 0.33 and 8.1 in the last round for the M.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering course.

On the other hand, M.Tech in Structural Engineering had the last round cutoff ranging from the 3.41 to 11.71 percentile.
