About Saurashtra University, Rajkot.

Placements: In saurastra university the facility of placements for students is very useful. Placements cell provides the facility of placements in different companies like Reliance, Tata etc. Which are big and where students have big chance to give progress in their career. In placement cell they first asks the students what type of job they want to do and according to students' wish they give the placements in big companies. Generally placement cell of saurastra university chooses only top 20 students in each department to give the placements. Most of the time students who got around 70 percent gets a chance for their placements. Average 30 percent of students in each department gets internship from our college. It is very useful for students as they don't need to go in search of job here and there, the bright students easily gets placements from our college. In placements the salary depends on what type of job is given, mostly in starting student gets 15,000 salary which increases by every 6 month.

Infrastructure: Every students needs a good infrastructure for better studies. Saurashtra University gives many facilities to their students as the college is very big and spreaded in more than 5 acre of space. Saurashtra University has the facility of Wi-Fi for their students, everyday students get 100 mb internet after registering. There is also facilities like a big library with thousands of book, different Labs like Computer lab, chemistry lab etc. Which are very useful for students. And this college also has a big canteen where one can eat a good quality food but sometimes it happens that in canteen the variety of food is not available at all. All over infrastructure is very good and clean as the class and labs are very big with capacity of 100 in each.

Faculty: It's very important to have a good faculty members for students. It's different than other colleges as it's government college. But if anyone wants to take admission here it's worthy because the college staff and faculty members are very helpful for every students. They help students to solve their problems in studies and also understands the students' concerns everytime. Every faculty is highly educated and well chosen, all faculty members are with Ph.D. Masters obtained with high marks. The students to faculty ratio is average 1 faculty for 10-15 students.

Other: In saurashtra university along with better studies they are also helpful to every students for their talents in extra curriculum activities like sports etc. And also every year students have college fest where they can show up their skills and talent. There are other events also like sports day, traditional day, rakhi etc. As it's the center and hub of education the campus crowd is very big. As per the government rule they also provide scholarship scheme for sc, st and other backward class, also for toppers they give 50 percent of scholarship.

It is a reputed university for the youth to master.

Placements: Around 60% of students were placed in this course. Around 90% of students got internships. The highest salary package offered was 3.40 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.35 LPA. There was a huge role to be played in economics, so there was a great need for students with financial administration.

Infrastructure: There was a large playground and a library, gym, Wi-Fi, and sports equipment available. Food quality was also very good, knowledge of sports like cricket was also available here. The youngsters find a solution on the spot, and there was a very good library available.

Faculty: There was a very educated professor here, and they teaches very well. The study was done before giving the information of the teacher, and explained to the students very easily, so that students can study very well. The exam was also very easy. The pass percentage was 65-70%.
