In my opinion, it depends on your interest, more than the opportunity in a specific industry. MBA is a management course and it is totally different from the engineering course. You will know where your interest lies once you get insight on the specializations. Right now there is more opportunity in marketing and sales and most of the companies offer marketing and sales role.
Once you start your MBA course you will know which specialization to choose, instead of choosing a specialization based on the opportunities available.

If you are applying for management quota, please write at mba.admissions@ssn.edu.in with your TANCET scores, X, XII and UG percentages. UG track of the history of arrears if any, and work experience if any. If you are applying for government quota, no advisory can be issued as you have to wait for notification of DOTE/ Anna University and apply to them. There is no difference between GQ and MQ, hence apply under MQ after getting clarity by sending the above marks at the mentioned email address.

You should have the minimum cut-off in entrance exams. You should have more than 60% in UG and more than 50% in X and XII, preferably, no history of arrears. In such a case you can expect a call from SSN School of Management.

SSN pays value to your past academic record along with admission test scores. Please write an email to mba.admissions@ssn.edu.in along with your X, XII and UG scores, UG history of arrears (if any) and admission test percentile that you got. We can advise you suitably. The general benchmark is X, XII and UG > 60%, no history of arrears (but students up to 2 history of arrears can apply) and a good score in MAT or any other admission test scores. Currently we are giving a call to all those candidates whose MAT > 80 percentile composite along with consistent academic record. However we make slight adjustments to these cutoffs if you have a brilliant academic record or a work experience of > 12 months. Please visit our website or SSN microsite on Shiksha to know more details and apply to the program.

Hello,
In this dual specialization course, marketing is compulsory as one specialization. You can choose between finance, HR and operations for the second specialization.
