The college is overall very bad. Teachers are arrogant, services are old and of no use.

Placements: Placements come rarely to our college. The average package is 1.5 LPA, and the maximum package offered is 6 LPA. Local Dehradun companies come there, but they do not offer job roles that align with our expertise. For example, developers are getting sales executive jobs.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is overall good, but most of the time restrictions on campus, so we are not able to freely hang around. Labs and classrooms are very old and not maintained properly. The library is decent. They provide a huge cafeteria, but the food quality is very low.

Faculty: Faculty members don’t even know the subject details. Some of them are sharp, but most are old and may not know how to follow along with market trends. The college syllabus offers very old subjects like C and PHP, which are very old and rarely used in organizations.

Other: The course is about computer applications, which makes us job-ready computer science enthusiasts, but our college does not support students in any terms. There are no activities like hackathons or coding competitions, no council for tech professionals, no mentors, and no one teaching what it takes to get a good job. Events and sports activities are fully influenced by politics.

Shri Guru Ram Rai University is a great college.

Placements: Shri Guru Ram Rai University provides 90% placements. Students get placed in the best MNCs like Tata and Infosys. Many intelligent and skilled students get placed in companies. Job utsav is held every year for students who want to do internships and placements.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, and canteen are available and they have the best service. Every department has different buildings. It has neat and clean classrooms with smart TVs and good infrastructure, including fans, blackboard, good desks, and chairs for students.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. They provide students with the best notes. They encourage students for a better future. Semester exams are made on the average level, not too hard and not too easy. If student study they can score very good marks in their exams.

Absolutely good because of the quality education , good infrastructure,canteen and facilities

Placements: All those who do well in this course get the placement form campus only . About 78% students get job after completing BCA form our college The highest package is given to Anil Chauhan with 35 LPA And lowest package given to a student is around 6-7 LPA

Infrastructure: They provide good infrastructure with proper smart class which helps us a lot The library is also very good ,high speed internet is also provided for the students Labs are also very good ,they provide individual desktop to every student during Lab classes

Faculty: The teacher have friendly behaviour with children's Thery are also well qualified The semester exam are not difficult The exams are set in such a way so that wether it is a brilliant student or an average student ,he/she can easily qualify the exam

Other: BCA has a huge scope in upcoming years ,that's why I prefer this course . More lab classes will help childrens to do better in this

Placements: Many companies like Wipro, Spice, Infosys, etc., come to the college for placements. Personality development sessions are also organised which help the student in placements in MNCs. Many students got placed in MNCs and are getting good pay.

Infrastructure: In the college, we have 3-4 departments according to the courses. We have a separate faculty for different courses. Our college has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the campus. We have separate computer lab and internet lab. We have a well-equipped library with lakhs of books. The campus is fully covered with trees and is under CCTV surveillance.

Faculty: Our college provides excellent professional courses. We have highly qualified faculty in our college. We can interact with our faculty anytime. They respond well to the students. Our college is one of the renowned institutes, well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Every course consists of a number of activities, including 2 internal exams, externals with viva and practical.
