Eligibility for Special Scholarship at Somaiya Vidyavihar University: The candidate must have passed HSC or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics and any one of the subjects- Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Technical Vocational Subjects. The scholars for this scholarship are selected from the applicants who have appeared in one of the entrance examinations listed below namely, JEE Main, SAT, MHT-CET, or CUET 2024 with a minimum percentile score of 60. This scholarship is awarded to the admitted students for courses of BTech in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design & Technology)

Somaiya Vidyavihar University BSc in Information Technology is a 3-year programme, offered in full-time mode. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Class 12 with any stream. However, candidates with maths as a primary subject will recieve exceptional preference. Besides this, candidates must secure a valid score in CUET UG or SVU ET.
