First of all the environment is completely student-friendly.
Placements: The placements season starts from the third semester itself. The best companies visiting the campus are Deloitte, Vedanta, Infosys, SRV Media, MG, Volvo Eicher, TVS, and many more. Vedanta gives the top offer of 20.5 LPA for HR Executive, followed by Federal Bank giving 14 LPA, and further Infosys giving 7 LPA-9 LPA followed by other companies. Calvin Klein gives a package of 13 LPA. Volvo Eicher gave the package of 9 LPA and followed by further companies. The average package comes around 8 LPA and almost 99 percent of students get placed every year. My plan is to further my academics and go for a higher degree.
Infrastructure: The hostel is there but it is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Generally all the students are new to Pune so most of them opt for hostel facilities. Hostel facility is opted while application process by paying the hostel accommodation fee. You have to be in the hostel by 9:00 PM. The meal at the hostel mess is awesome with no extra masala or extra oil in the food.
Faculty: Coming to curriculum I can say that the curriculum is well designed and is designed keeping in mind the needs of the hour and what the industry demands. First of all as you enter BSBT it takes place for a month approximately where they work on providing you the required soft skills and basic accounting so that students from any background can start focusing on the structure of the curriculum. After BSBT semester starts, where all subjects are related to your selected field. You get to make assignments of subjects.

Honest review by me -Sri Balaji University, Pune (BCA).
Placements: For BCA, this is where I felt a bit disappointed. My batch (2022- 2025) was the pioneer batch for BCA. Unfortunately, placements for BCA were not good. Most of the students were placed in non-tech or sales roles, and only 3 to 4 students were placed in technical roles. Not many companies visited our college for BCA. Core technical opportunities were limited. I hope future batch receives better support and more relevant opportunities.
Infrastructure: Campus of Sri Balaji University Pune is beautiful and well-maintained. Infrastructure is good, classroom is good, and the environment feels safe and clean. About the hostel, it is a good, large campus and well-maintained, besides, there is a college mess.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive and well-qualified. Teaching quality varies from teacher to teacher, some are good while others may not be as effective. Overall, u can expect decent academic guidance. One thing I found stressful was the large number of assignments given, especially when deadlines clashed with exams.
Other: Discipline here is taken very seriously. Wearing the full uniform is compulsory every day. College is extremely strict about timing. College organizes a variety of cultural and extracurricular activities throughout the year, which help students explore talent beyond academics. Sports facilities are good, and various sports events and competitions are conducted.

The college is good. There are so many events, and there is also enjoyment in studies.
Placements: Many students get placed with a good package. The college has relations with various IT companies. Many MNCs have a tie-up with the college. Maximum students got placed in big companies before placements. It also provides internships for students.
Infrastructure: There are smart classrooms. Labs are equipped with good computers and laptops. The campus is beautiful with big grounds. There is a hospital inside the college for any emergency. The mess and canteen are also available. All types of sports equipment are available.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and have enough knowledge. All teachers interact with students. Staff members are so cooperative. The college trains students according to industry needs and makes them perfect for the industry. Semester exams are a little bit strict.

Review of Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development, Sri Balaji University.
Placements: The college provides 100% internship for 2 months. It is compulsory for every student to go for an internship and gain real market experience. Companies that offer internships are Amazon, Vedanta, and Bajaj Finserve. The placements of the seniors were pretty good till now. We have a record of 100% placements and 100% internships. The companies Amazon, Federal Bank, Delloite, HUL, and Asian Paints gave the highest packages. They offered roles in sales and marketing, HR, and new product development.
Infrastructure: The college provides one of the best industry exposure in marketing. Questions related to my knowledge, general awareness, qualifications, and work experience were answered questions related to my knowledge, general awareness, qualifications. The hostel campus for boys and girls is the same, but the buildings are different. The hostel rooms are big enough for 3 students to live in one room with an attached bathroom. Every student is provided with one bed, cupboard, and study table. The hostel also has a huge gym with a trainer and close swimming pool. It also has a basketball and volleyball court.
Faculty: The faculty of the college was mostly average. Very few teachers were inspirational. The faculty of the college was very experienced and had a good level of knowledge of their particular field. Though most of the teachers had Ph.D. degrees either they did not have very good communication skills or were involved in college politics. They were very keen to help the students, solve their problems, and much more. Here they have 2 surprise internal tests, 1 quiz test, 1 presentation, and one external test of each subject, and combining all those marks the final scorecard is prepared.

Balaji Institute of Modern Management college review.
Placements: Placements at this university were quite good. Almost 90-95% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 78 LPA, and the average package was 20 LPA - 22 LPA. Our college provided very good placements in IIT sectors. As I was from a commerce background, they did not provide a good salary package.
Infrastructure: The college classroom infrastructure was good. Unlimited Wi-Fi was provided both in the classroom and hostel with good speed. Non-stop electricity was also provided. The infrastructure of the hostel was not that good. Food quality in the mess was something most people did not like. It was average for a living. So, overall good experience here.
Faculty: Here, our faculty members were very helpful, qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced. They had their own style of teaching which was very good. This curriculum was relevant. Semester exams were not that much hard but some papers like mathematics and engineering were quite hard.

Overall, this is the best college.
Placements: Our college has a placement record of 100%. Internships are offered in the second term and a placement session is conducted for 3 to 4 days where the entire batch is given placements. More than 120 companies like Google, Microsoft, etc., come to our campus to offer placements. The highest salary package is 78 LPA. The average salary package is 20 LPA to 22 LPA. Almost 100% of the placements are given on campus.
Infrastructure: The campus has facilities like a student council, library, computer lab, hostel, health and recreation, cafeteria, mess, ATM, etc. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The quality of food in the mess is excellent and a variety of food is served. This food is provided for both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
Faculty: The course curriculum is quite flexible, with many electives offered. From the second semester, students can choose electives according to their area of interest. College also offers a micro specialisation in analytics, which is its specialty, however, students here do not usually take finance courses.

Yes, Sri Balaji University campus is safe for girls and boys. The college campus is located in Pune. It has a good connection with roads and public transports. CCTV cameras are installed in the campus to keep a check on students safety.
