Scenery is amazing, even though the campus is surrounded by industries.
Placements: I heard that they brought some great companies last year, but mostly finance major students are placed in sales jobs. Most of them are placed now, lets see what type of companies they are going to bring this year. My batch has approximately 650 students plus the winter batch, so dont really know what going to happen.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university and hostel is good, they are building new hostels too. Labs are amazing, there is no lack of devices in the lab, almost everything is available, every class has AC in it, and also the projectors. The quality of food is going to be nice, but slowly, some meals are going to be the worst, not all, but some definitely.
Faculty: Some teachers were really helpful, and some are like we are not gonna spoon feed you things. You have to do most of the things yourself. Some are teaching us really great, like they care about their students, and some are like they were just there to do their job without caring if students understand or not. Many teachers have left the campus, some are great, and some we hope we never meet again.
Other: They had great Wednesday activities in our first year, also the fest is amazing, but they are like any other Indian people, never punctual, be it any function, or extracurricular activities.

My college is not good at all.
Placements: I don't know what percentage of students are placed from my college. I'm not sure about what the lowest and the highest packages are from my college. There are no companies coming for placements in my college. There are no students who are doing internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are very poor in my college. There are no facilities for students, and the infrastructure of my college is the worst. There is no hostel and mess in my college, no medical facilities, and no sports and games happen in my college.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful, nor are they qualified and knowledgeable. There is very poor teaching quality, and no one is going to college. The curriculum is not relevant and doesn't make students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is around 70%.

Teachers are good. Terrible management, facilities good, decent placement, and value for money.
Placements: Approximately 10% of our students successfully secured full-time placements this year, with compensation packages ranging from 3 LPA (entry-level positions) to an impressive 10 LPA (for top performers). Leading technology firms, including Devslane (specializing in software solutions) and Big Data (focused on analytics), actively recruited from our campus. Additionally, 10% of students gained valuable industry experience through competitive internships at these companies. The most frequently offered role is software development engineer (SDE), reflecting strong industry demand for technical skills in software development and programming expertise across multiple domains.
Infrastructure: College provides excellent infrastructure including high-speed Wi-Fi, modern smart boards in all classrooms, and well-equipped computer/lab facilities that are properly maintained. However, hostel food quality is consistently poor and hygienic, with students frequently reporting issues like unclean utensils, improper food storage, and occasional foodborne illnesses. While academic resources meet standards, urgent improvement is needed in hostel dining facilities to ensure student health and well-being. Though infrastructure like Wi-Fi, labs, and smart classrooms functions well, the stressful academic environment, combined with hygienic. Hostel food creates significant challenges for students.
Faculty: While the majority of faculty members are genuinely helpful and supportive. The curriculum remains outdated - a common issue across most B.Tech colleges. University rigid examination system makes academics unnecessarily difficult, with only about 30% of students typically clearing exams on the first attempt. The combination of an obsolete syllabus and harsh evaluation patterns often hinders practical learning despite good teaching staff.
Other: I chose this course (B.Tech CSE ) because I have always been interested in technology, problem-solving, and building things. Computer science opens up a wide range of career opportunities from software development and data science to AI and cybersecurity. It's also a field that has global demand, so it gives me the flexibility to work in India or abroad. Syllabus sometimes feels outdated compared to what industries demand. More focus on trending skills like cloud computing, AI/ML, devOps, and full-stack development would help. There should be more hands-on training and internships, not just theory.

Faculty is good, and I hope this feedback is helpful for everyone.
Placements: Most students are placed in top companies through Cover University, with the highest package being 24 LPA and the lowest 10 LPA. Amazon, Google, Tower, and other MNCs recruit from our university. All students receive internships at top companies, and various roles are offered at Cover University, Roorkee.
Infrastructure: Facilities such as labs, classrooms, Wi-Fi, gym, passion, and many more are provided to students at our university. The quality of the facilities in our university hostels is good, as well as the food available in the mess and canteen, and medical services.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to students, well-qualified, and knowledgeable, ensuring high-quality teaching at Cover University. The course curriculum is always relevant and good in our university. The semester exams in this college are well-structured, with 75% attendance required.
Other: I want to become a Business Development Manager in the best company in the world. I wish to improve and learn more about our course, events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarships, extracurricular activities, etc.

Good return on investment college under budget friendly.
Placements: Around 80% of students get placed in the summer internship program. The average package is 3 LPA. TOI, Deloitte, M&M, etc., are some of the companies that visit.
Infrastructure: Hostel life, especially in the new boys' residence hostel, is pretty good. The food is also good, and the wardens are cooperative. Hostel life is full of entertainment. Quality time can be spent there. A badminton court and a table tennis court are also there. Food is unlimited.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, as well as qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is premium. This course curriculum is relevant, but the thing is that due to the quarterly system, the exams are held on a frequent basis. The passing percentage is 50%.

Decent college with good infrastructure but needs more industry exposure.
Placements: Around 70-75% of students from the BBA course got placed. The highest package is 6 LPA, the lowest package is 2.4 LPA, and average package is 3.5 LPA. Top companies are HDB Financial Services, ICICI Bank, Byju's, Axis Bank, Wipro (for business roles), and Just Dial.
Infrastructure: Our college has well-equipped classrooms, computer labs, digital library, and campus-wide Wi-Fi for BBA students. It has clean hostel rooms with 24X7 electricity, some issues with water, and security. Mess food is mostly hygienic and above average, with regular and special meals. It provides good sports facilities including cricket, football, basketball courts, and a gym.
Faculty: Teachers are generally helpful and qualified, though some may lack practical industry exposure. Teaching quality is average, with a focus more on theory than hands-on learning. Curriculum covers basic concepts but needs more industry-oriented updates. Semester exams are not very difficult. Most students can pass with regular study. The overall pass percentage is around 85-90%, with support available for backlogs.
Other: I chose BBA to build a strong foundation in business, management, and finance for future career growth. The best part of the course is exposure to basic business concepts, presentations, and group activities. It could improve with more industry visits, practical training, and updated course content. Events and fests happen occasionally but could be more frequent and large-scale. Campus crowd is mixed. Connectivity is decent, and scholarships are available for merit-based students. Extracurricular activities are present but limited, more clubs and competitions would enhance the experience.
