Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Swami Rama Himalayan University Uttarakhand admission is based on NEET UG, NEET SS, Uttarakhand NEET exams. The institute releases the cutoff lists separately for these exams, for admisison to various courses. For instance, for MBBS admission, the exams accepted are NEET and Uttarakhand NEET.

For the General Home State categiry candidates, the cutoff was closed at 192476.

The BSc tuition fees SRHU range between INR 60,000 and INR 5.6 lakh for the entire course duration. The exact amount depends on the choice of specialisation. The university also provides a fee concession on the tuition fee to the Permanent Residents of Uttarakhand (PRU) category. However, the one-time fees inlcuded in the course curriculum are the same for All India Category and PRU category candidates. NTA will announce the JEE Main 2026 exam date for session 2 in November. JEE Main 2026 session 2 exam will likely be held in the first week of April. JEE Main 2026 session 2 registration will start in February first week. The JEE Main Application Form 2026 session 2 will be available on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in. The JEE 2026 session 1 exam will be conducted in January last week.
