To get admission into PUMBA, you need to have percentile above 97 irrespective of any examination you have appeared for. You have got 94 percentile in MAT, so all I can say just wait for the cut off to break down. For getting admission into PUMBA currently your scenario is 50-50.

There are fair chances of Non - Maharashtra students of getting the above mentioned colleges under All India Category seats as per DTE Maharashtra for MS and PGDM programs. Have sound knowledge in basics of Microbiology and rest are conceptual sound knowledge of your own Graduation syllabus. Still, see past year papers for better narrowing in approach. These days applied Microbiology basics are given prime importance too along with basic current affairs of same.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates with Minimum 50% Marks in Senior/Higher Secondary/+2 Level (HSC) or its Equivalent Examination from Science Stream/Discipline and belonging to Open/General Category or b) Candidates with Minimum 45% Marks in Senior Secondary/+2 Level (HSC) or its equivalent examination from Science Stream/Discipline and SC,ST, DT-VJ, NT 1,N.T.-2, NT-3, OBC, SBC category belonging to the State of Maharashtra c) Candidates from Outside Maharashtra State/Jammu& Kashmir Migrant Candidates belonging to all Categories will be considered as Open Candidate and eligibility of Open category candidate will be applicable to them, Minimum 55% Marks for all Categories.

For a non-Maharashtra students, it is very rare that one will get admission through CAT score, because the DTE consider all the exams like GMAT, ATMA at the same level and cut off for which is above 98%. So, mostly the students with percentile in MAT and ATMA will get the admission above 98 percentile.
