UNIPUNE accepts the CAT, CMAT, MAT, MAH CET, etc., exams for admission to the MBA/PGDM courses. The MAH CET Cutoff 2025 was 99.73 for admission to the MBA course at College of Engineering. According to the CAT Cutoff 2025, MBA admission in various affiliated colleges was 60 percentile.

UniPune accepted MAH B.Ed CET scores for admission to the Integrated BSc - BEd course. As per the Savitribai Phule Pune University cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank for Discontinued (Jan 2023)-Integrated B.Sc. B.Ed stood at 52. In 2022, the closing rank was not released, whereas in 2021, it was 58 for the General category All India candidates.

 UniPune MAH B.Ed CET Cutoff 2025 was released for all rounds for the General category candidates under the All India quota. For the General AI category, the cutoff ranged from 7.54 to 98.3, as per the last and first round cutoff scores. For BEd course admissions, the toughest college proved to be Institute Of Science Poona's Swami Vivekanand College of Education, with the last round cutoff score being 98.3. In contrast, College of Education, Haveli, came out as the easiest college for admission, where the last round cutoff was 10.24. 

UniPune accepts MHT CET scores for admission to the BArch courses. As per cutoff 2023, the closing rank for Sinhgad College of Architecture was 102. In 2022, the closing rank stood at 131.08 and in 2021 at 133.8. On analysing the last three year cutoffs, it can be concluded that the college has witnessed a declining trend in cutoff. Pune University offers admission to M.Tech through various affiliated colleges. Of all the colleges Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture, Akurdi can be considered as the most popular. Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture, Akurdi MArch course candidates need to have valid MHTCET MTech scores. As per the UniPune cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank for Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture, Akurdi stood at 83.73 for the M.Arch. in Construction Management course for the General category All India candidates. 

 UniPune MHTCET M.Tech Cutoff 2025 was published for all categories of students belonging to the Home State category. For the OBC HS category, the last round cutoff ranged from 0.32 to 330 according to the last round closing percentiles. According to the last round, the hardest college under the Pune University for admission to the MTech/ ME programme based on the MHTCET M.Tech cutoff 2025 percentiles was Pune Institute of Computer Technology, Society for Computer Technology and Research.

UniPune cutoff for MArch course is based on MAH MArch CET scores. As per the cutoff 2023, the Round 1 closing ranks for Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samthas Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture For Women and Aayojan School of Architecture and Design, Maharashtra stood the same at 44 for the General category Home State candidates.

Pune University releases the cutoff in the form of opening and closing percentages. According to the Pune University cutoff 2022, the range stood between 36.5 and 80 percentage. Students faced the most competiton for admission to the MA in English course, followed by Master of Arts (Journalism and Mass Communication), with the last round cutoff percentage being 80 and 78.75, respectively.
