Q:   How can I get into Pune University for MA?
A: 

Candidates seeking admission to MA are required to have completed their relevant UG degree. For further selection, candidates have to appear for OEE conducted by UniPune for final selection. The majority of MA courses are available on the campus of UniPune while a few chunks of MA specialisations are also offered by various affiliated colleges and recognised institutes under UniPune. After appearing for the exam, students are required to wait for the merit lists released on the official website of the university. After the release of the merit list, students are required to fill in the admission form and upload the necessary documents in it. After all the documents are verified by the relevant department, an admission fee challan is generated and the fee must be paid followed by that before the last date.

Q:   How can I apply to SPPU for M.Com?
A: 
Candidates who are in the final year of their qualifying exam can appear for OEE conducted by SPPU. For the same, students can apply online on the 'PG Admission' portal of the university. The admission is subject to candidates' passing the qualifying exam. For admission to courses offered at the affiliated/ unaided colleges under SPPU, it is suggested that the candidates must visit/ contact the shortlisted institute. It must be noted that the application fee for OEE is INR 600 (for General category students) and INR 400 (for reserved category candidates) for a single course.
Q:   What all specialisations are available under the MSc course of UniPune?
A: 

At the PG level, UniPune offers a two-year MSc programme in over 20 specialisations. While admission to a majority of these specialisations is OEE based, there are a few courses, such as Medical Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science and Drug Chemistry, among others, admission to which is completely merit-based. In addition to this, there are a few MSc programmes, the duration of which is slightly different from the majority. A: 

Minimum marks required for admission in BA LLB at SPPU is 45% aggregate in Class. However, minimum eligibility has been reduced to 40% aggregate for students from ST/SC category. Eligible candidates need to qualify MH-CET to get admission.

Q:   Which exam does UniPune accept for BHMCT? What is the cutoff for the UniPune BHMCT?

UniPune and its several affiliated colleges accept MAH HM CET scores for admission to the Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology course.
As per the cutoff 2023, the Last Round closing ranks for Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology stood at 27, whereas in 2022 it was 36.97 for the General category candidates belonging to All India Quota seats. The college affiliated to the university has witnessed a declining trend in the last two years.
