No, you have to give the entrance exam like Mah-MBA-CET or CAT, CMAT etc. Score good %ile in these examinations at least about 98 to 97%ile so that you can get PUMBA. The graduation percentage does not help you to get pumba. Only the Foreign N

I really don't think so because you need to have studied statistics as core/general subject in one of the years of graduation. But since now you need to write entrance test, if you clear it then you can get the admission.
