No, getting into Rajasthan technical university isn't hard. although, it is fair to say that one can able to join RTU only if they meet certain criterias. say one has to score really great scores in 12th grade and depending on their interest of choice their criteria varies. if one has do B.Tech then they should pass state entrance exam or JEE.
