The Best University in India.

Placements: I am currently pursuing My Masters of Arts in Economics at Vidyasagar University. The placement scenario in our course has been moderate good. Approximately 76% of students from my batch have secured placements in various reputed companies. The highest package offered was around INR 8 Lacs per annum, while the lowest was around INR 3.5 Lacs per annum. The average stood at INR 5.5 Lacs per annum. The top roles offered to our batch were Economic Analyst, Financial Consultant, and Research Associate. The placements overall have been satisfactory, providing a good foundation for our careers.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the Masters of Arts in Economics programme is decent. The library is adequate stocked with relevant books and journals, catering to the academic needs of the students. In terms of hostel facilities, the quality varies.
