VIT Bhopal BBA Courses & Fees 2026: Eligibility & Selection Criteria

VIT Bhopal admissions 2026 are mostly entrance-based. Candidates looking for admission to VIT Bhopal can apply on the official website of the university. Candidates can check below the list of documents required at the time of application:

To get a seat into any of the programmes offered at VIT Bhopal, students have to meet the eligibility criteria. Eligible students can visit the official website of the institute and apply for the course of choice by filling out the registration form and paying the specified fees. The institute then shortlists candidates based on the preset criteria. For certain courses, students need to clear either the institute-level or national-level entrance exams. Shortlisted students may get called for counselling. To confirm seat at VIT Bhopal, students need to pay the admission fees.

VIT Bhopal does not accept direct admissions for any of its courses. Students looking to apply must meet the eligibility criteria. Admissions are based on the merit through entrance test. The institute also takes into consideration candidate's performance in the last qualifying exam.  

VIT Bhopal has a huge campus spread across 250 acres of land. The university campus has studio classrooms for interactive learning sessions and technically well-equipped labs are available for practical learning of students. The campus also has good and fast Wi-Fi connectivity available. VIT-Bhopal doesn’t have regular classrooms. Instead, they have studio classrooms that don’t have a blackboard and regular seating pattern. These are studios, that facilitate active and practical learning among students leaving none as backbenchers. This type of classroom ensures the active participation of students in the class and that there’s no one feels left out.

VIT Bhopal provides several scholarships schemes for its students. These schemes are aimed to financially help students who have achieved good scores in any of the accepted entrance exams. Find below some of the scholarships provided by the university:

• Students with a percentile of 95 or above in CAT/ XAT/ GMAT are eligible for a full tuition fee waiver
• Those with a valid score of CAT/ XAT/ GMAT score of 90 percentile or above can avail 50% of TFW
• Students who have secured 70 percentile or above in MAT/ NMAT/ CMAT, etc. are eligible for a scholarship of INR 1,48,500 in the tuition fees of INR 3,48,500
• Those who have a valid NATA scorecard 
• GV School Development Programme

New hostel residents at VIT Bhopal pay a one-time, non-refundable admission fee of INR 17,500 and a refundable caution deposit of INR 15,000. These additional fees are required upon joining the hostel, alongside the annual room and mess charges. You pay INR 79,000 for mess and INR 1.09 Lacs to INR 1.94 lakh based on accommodation type and gender.
