Understanding how tech affects Finance, Human Resources, & Marketing, GIBS has launched two new PGDM specializations: HRTech Management & MarTech Management, in addition to the existing Fintech specialization.

Fintech Management

GIBS's Fintech specialization bridges the gap between Finance and Technology. Students gain insight into Digital Payments, Blockchain Technology, Cybersecurity in Finance, as well as technical aspects and strategic financial decision-making that is affected by new technologies.

HRTech Management

In HRTech Management, students combine Technology with Human Resources methods. This specialization covers automated HR processes, the role of Artificial Intelligence in hiring talent, and how to use tech for better employee engagement. Students understand how technology can make HR functions more efficient & effective.

MarTech Management

MarTech Management focuses on joining Marketing with Technology. In this programme, students develop skills in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing tools, & Software Applications that help create strategic marketing campaigns effective for today’s tech-oriented marketplace.
