IMT Ghaziabad publishes a bi-annual alumni magazine which covers ample achievements and news regarding successful and well-established alumni across all industries.

Alumni relationship is always important for any academic institution. They are the inspiration for the existing students. Like other colleges, IMT Ghaziabad has also maintained good relations with its alumni. The institution has its Alumni Relations Committee with the motive of nurturing the ever-growing relationship between the dynamic alumni base and the institution to build the institution as a brand. The institution organises alumni meets in Delhi, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad. This helps in developing alumni engagement and enhancing the network. It also helps IMT Ghaziabad to bridge the academia-industry gap. 

The highly rich alumni pool of IMT Ghaziabad comprises dignitaries who are from different industries and domains. The institution easily gets live projects from them for its current students. They give the chance to students to acquire problem-solving skills. Not only this but the projects fetched from alumni gives a real-time experience of corporate to existing students. Companies where alumni are working and the institution has got short-term programs are as follows Kapoor Enterprises, Green Thumbs, Fogoo.in, KPI Soft, NLAC (WICCI). 

IMT Talks

It is a platform for the alumni to give knowledge and insight related to their area and share their corporate experience with the students. IMT talks are conducted through a series of guest lectures. This helps the students to develop an understanding of different companies and various industries.

 All India Alumni Meets and Reunions

All India alumni meets are scheduled as annual alumni dinner; it serves the purpose of alumni engagement with one another. It is conducted across several metropolitan cities. These alumni gatherings are noteworthy events for everyone associated with IMT Ghaziabad with respect to alumni volume and the high level of interaction. Let us talk about some famous and notable alumni of IMT Ghaziabad. 

1. Mr Syed Adil Umar: He is the co-founder of QRx and also launched the Saral test kit- RT Lamp-based technology. He is from the 2014 batch of the PGDM Executive Program at IMT Ghaziabad. QRx has also been selected by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) to develop this test across the country. 

2. Mr Agradesh Ramani is the co-founder and CEO of Acrannolife, launched a kit named as CoviQwik. It is RT Lamp-based test. It is also one of the companies chosen by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). He is from the 2016 batch of the full-time PGDM program. 

3. Mr Sanjeev Bhat is of the 1985 batch and he is the CEO of Radico Fashion PVT Ltd. He has been awarded the Indian achievers award 2020. He became an entrepreneur in 1992 with almost zero capital. He is a very simple personality and motivational visiting speaker.

4. Ms Mamta Sakia is of batch 1991 at IMT Ghaziabad. She has been working as Chief Operating Officer at Bharti Foundation for social contribution.

5. Mr Sudhin Mathur from the batch 1990 has been working as Managing Director, Motorola Mobility India and Country Head, Lenovo Mobile Biz group. He has been awarded for corporate excellence. 

For the 2018-20 batch, the alumni interaction was conducted on June 9, 2018. Some of the esteemed alumni of IMT Ghaziabad namely Mr Manoj Kasushik, CEO, Milagrow Business and Knowledge Solutions and Mr Prabhat Ummat, Partner & Co-founder, Aksas graced the gathering with their presence and made an effective engagement with the 2018-20 batch. They shared their personal experience of working in the industry and how did they come out of various challenges successfully and now have attained a notable position in the corporate world. So this is how IMT Ghaziabad has put in efforts to maintain a healthy relationship with the alumni of all previous years.
