Team work and proper guidance can take you places, says Mehrzad Writer
Life is a never-ending learning process. Post SSC, I decided to get into Commerce stream and completed my graduation. However, I realised that in today’s time, just studying graduation is not enough to be successful in your career. So I planned to study further and complete my Masters. I had various options in mind such as Masters in Commerce (MCom), Law, Company Secretary, but finally decided to pursue my Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Since I intended not to go abroad, I appeared for the MH-CET and post results applied online for admission. I received calls from various Institutes, appeared for their internal exams, interviews and finally got into Vidyalankar School of Business without any hassles.
The environment here is pleasing, the campus is huge and well-maintained, and excellent faculty for guidance. This makes it a win-win situation for all the students.
The admission procedure here is quite simple and quick. Post interview results are communicated either the same day or the next. Admission here is a straight forward process and not cumbersome at all. The management here is detail-oriented and systematic. Details are communicated to the students well in time on the whatsapp group created.
I like coming to college and attending all my lectures. The faculty here is extremely good and it is worth gaining knowledge from them. I do not miss any of my lectures. I also attend the industrial visits organised as a part of course structure. It is not studies always, we also have traditional day, mismatch day, Tie and Saree day where all the student willingly participate.
I have learnt that teamwork and proper guidance can work wonders. The experiences shared by the faculty members is worth learning. I have learnt to work as a team and own responsibilities. I have also learnt to be thoughtful and take decisions in a wise manner. Helping one another and growing is another feature that I have learnt being in this institution. Lonely I can grow but together we can achieve this feeling of teamwork has enabled me to put in extra efforts and proceed.
I hope to enhance my career by getting a good placement and achieving my dreams. May this institution fulfill all what I want .
