Periyar University commenced the online applications for admission to various postgraduate (PG) courses for the academic year 2021-22. Candidates interested in Periyar University Admissions 2021 can apply for the courses online at the official website, periyaruniversity.ac.in. The last date for submission of the online application form is May 31. Applicants must note that entrance test for admission to 26 Master (MA, MSc, MCom, etc) courses will be conducted by Periyar University. The University will also be offering direct admissions to various courses such as BVoc programmes, Diploma and Certificate programmes and Five-year integrated programmes. The date for the entrance test will be intimated through mail/SMS and the same will also, be posted on the University website.
According to Periyar University admission prospectus, “A printout of the filled-in online application along with the attested copies of mark statements and requisite certificates should be sent to the Departments concerned within 10 days from the date of online submission or within the last date prescribed by the University whichever is earlier.” Students must note that admission to Master’s Degree programmes is based on the marks obtained in both the qualifying examinations (up to 5th semester for final year UG students) and the entrance examination.

No applications will be accepted without the requisite application fee. The application fee is waived for SC/SC (A)/ST/PWD candidates for one Programme only. The application fee for various courses is listed below:
