At Lovely Professional University, eligibility for M.Sc Agriculture (like Agronomy) mainly requires a relevant bachelor's degree in agriculture or a closely related field. If you are a B.Sc 3rd year student, your eligibility depends on your subjects. If your degree is B.Sc Agriculture or in allied fields like horticulture, forestry, or similar life sciences with strong agriculture background, then you are eligible. But if your B.Sc is general (like PCM or basic sciences without agriculture subjects), then direct admission to M.Sc Agriculture may not be possible, and you may need to check specific subject requirements.

The rebate on MS costs in USA depends on the applicant's application and strength of academic background. Around 20-30% of concession or fee waivers can be availed by international students for MS in USA. Apart from merit based scholarships, there are options of external scholarships, loans and grants if at all the applicants are eligible to avail them. Thus, these are readily available, applicants must check thoroughly and then apply and make a decision for the same.

Yeah, you're eligible. From what I've seen, LPU accepts students from related life science backgrounds, and B.Sc Chemistry is usually considered valid for M.Sc Biotechnology as long as you have the required percentage (around 50–60%).
Compared to many universities that are strict about having only biotech or biology degrees, LPU is more flexible with allied subjects. So you can apply without much issue, and LPUNEST can help if you want scholarship.
