The selection process for BSc courses at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences is based on merit for all specialisations, except for one specialisation i.e., BSc in Nursing. For admission to the BSc in Nursing, the college accepts the scores of the Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test (PPMET). Moreover, if candidate is getting admission to BSc courses through merit or by entrance, they are required to appear for counselling process. 

Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital cutoff for MBBS admission via Punjab NEET has been concluded. The cutoff was released on the basis of opening and closing cutoff ranks. For the candidates belonging to the General Home State category, the last round closing rank was 36750. Therefore, with 35000 rank, admission via Punjab NEET is difficult for candidates belonging to the General HS quota. 

No candidates cannot become a doctor if they have done only BSc Nursing. But they can apply for MBBS after BSc Nursing if they really want to become a doctor.

For MBBS, they will have to sit for NEET UG and also pass it. And that is how after pursuing MBBS, they can become a doctor.

There is no direct way of becoming a doctor after only BSc Nursing.
