Q:   What is the total score in CUET UG?
A: 

CUET UG total marks is 250 Marks for each subject. Candidates can choose up to five CUET subjects. Each subject paper has 50 questions which will total to 250 marks for each subject. For every correct answer, candidate will get 5 marks. The CUET total marks will be uniform for all 37 subjects. The Total CUET subjects marks can vary depending on the number of subjects chosen by candidates.

  • If three CUET subjects chosen: 750 total marks
  • If four CUET subjects chosen: 1000 total marks
  • If five CUET subjects chosen: 1250 total marks
Q:   When will CUET 2026 advance city slip be released?
A: 

CUET UG 2026 advance city slips will be released tentatively in last week of April 2026. NTA issues the city intimation slips approximately 10 days before the exam date. CUET UG 2026 exam will be held tentatively between May 11 and May 31, 2026. NTA will release the CUET intimation slip 2026 in multiple phases. Only registered candidates will be able to download CUET 2026 city slip online.

Q:   What happens if I pass the CUET exam?
A: 

There are no prescribed marks for CUET passing criteria. Once candidate has appeared for the exam, candidates must apply for CUET counselling on official website of desired university. Based on counselling applications and CUET score, accepting universities will release the CUET cutoffs. Candidates meeting the cutoff criteria will be shortlisted for admission to desired undergraduate program.

Q:   When can I download CUET 2026 admit card?
A: 

Common University Entrance Test UG 2026 admit cards will be issued 2-3 days before the exam date. With the CUET 2026 exam scheduled tentatively between May 11 and May 31, 2026, it is expected that CUET hall ticket 2026 will be released tentatively by May 08, 2026. Candidates can know the alloted exam centre address, exam dates and slot timings on release of the admit card.
