B.Tech Colleges accepting NMIMS CET in India

According to previous year's, NMIMS CET question paper difficulty level ranges from moderate to difficult. Difficulty level depends on subject and candidate's preparation. Questions are based on NCERT syllabus for Classes 11 and 12.

NMIMS CET syllabus consists of topics that will assess the aptitude of the students in the subjects required for the entrance examination. The level of the NMIMS CET syllabus will be similar to the JEE Main examination and other state-level examination.

Students have to prepare a daily study plan to complete NMIMS CET syllabus. To complete topics and have time for revision, students should start their preparation as early as possible. NMIMS CET syllabus will be released online.

NMIMS CET 2026 exam dates have been released. The exam was held until May 31, 2026.

Students with valid NMIMS CET score can apply for admissions into the Mumbai, Bengaluru, Navi Mumbai, Indore, and Hyderabad campuses of the University.

NMIMS CET exam will have 120 objective multiple-choice questions. For every correct answer, the students will be given one mark. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. Students will have to complete the exam in 2 hours. No extra time will be given to students to complete the paper. Students can check exam pattern for more information. The total tuition fee for 4 years for BTech programmes in MPSTME NMIMS Shirpur is INR 10 lakh. Other fee such as hostel fee and one time fees are charged separately. Students should check the official website for the latest fee structure before applying.

The NMIMS Navi Mumbai BTech (Computer Engineering) curriculum includes Machine Learning, Quantum and Statistical Physics, Cloud Computing, Web Programming, Digital Logic Design, Database Management Systems, and Object Oriented Programming through Java.

Initial Registration-

• Visit NMIMS CET official website
• For registration click on “Apply Now” and create an account.
• Candidates can choose the program-wise form and complete the registration.

Select Test Category /School /Program/ Preferences-

• Based on eligibility criteria SELECT the Test category NMIMSCET School or Programme and campus preferences.
• Candidates can select multiple test categories / multiple schools and multiple programme preferences.
• Candidates can select multiple attempts / retake/s for each of the categories.

Pay the Application Fee and Complete the Process-

• The registration fees are based on the number of Schools selected for each test category and the total retakes.
• Only paid candidates will be allowed to schedule the exam.
• Candidates should not register multiple times for the same exam category else it will lead to blocking the candidate from admission.

Select Test Center-

• After the successful registration and payment, the candidate will get options to schedule the exams by choosing the test date/s and test centre.
• Test dates / Test center availability will be subject to the Test centre capacity
• It will be available to the candidate modestly on a first come first serve.
• The candidate has to schedule his / her examination.
