Know all about FYJC admission process 2020-21 here. The Maharashtra FYJC registrations began on July 26, 2020, and the first 11th admission list 2020 was announced on August 30. The last day for FYJC Round-I admission was extended by a day till September 4. Read more here.
Now that the Maharashtra SSC Results 2020 are out, students are in a rush to get FYJC Maharashta Admission 2020-21. The Class 11 admissions 2020 process began on July 26 with the release of Class 11 registration forms. This year the FYJC admission process is completely held online due to COVID-19 pandemic. The online admissions Part I form filling for FYJC commenced from August 1, 2020. The part II application process for admission to first-year junior colleges started on August 12. Students could apply by clicking on FYJC Registration Link at 11thadmission.org.in till August 22.

After the conclusion of the registration process, the FYJCs released their first merit list for different courses on August 30. The first merit list was released for admission to more than 830 colleges in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Students can check it by logging into their respective accounts.
Here’s how to check the first FYJC First Merit List 2020- 21 for Maharashtra 11th admission 2020:
- Visit the official website at 11thadmission.org.in
- Click on the region
- Enter the login details including login ID and password and captcha code
- The merit list would be displayed on the screen
- Save and download the page
- Keep a hard copy of the same for future
This year more than one lakh seats are made available for Maharashtra Class 11th admission in the state across 304 junior colleges. A total of 98,946 students had registered for the admission process. After the release of first merit list, the seat allocation tab was activated on August 31, 2020, at 10 am and students could check the seats allotted and confirm their admission till September 4, 2020.

The state education department will remove the vacant seats in the next counselling round. The junior colleges displayed the status of the students admitted in regular round 1 on September 4 between 5 to 8 pm.
