HBSE 10th Result 2023: The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) announced the Class 10 board exams results at 3:30 pm today, May 16, 2023. Over 2.8 lakh students appeared for the BSEH Haryana Board exams this year. They can check their 10th class result 2023 on the official website of the board at bseh.org.in.

Out of the total 2,86,425 students who appeared in the HBSE 10th exam, 1,87,401 have been declared pass while 37,342 students have been placed under the compartment category and another 61,682 have been declared fail. In the HBSE Class 10 results, out of 1,49,439 boys who appeared, 91,772 passed, while out of 1,36,986 enrolled girls, 95,629 cleared the exams. Sonu, Himesh and Varsha have been declared as the toppers with 498 marks.

HBSE 10th Result 2023: Pass percentage 

The overall pass percentage is recorded at 65.43%. The pass percentage of girls is 69.81 per cent while that of boys it is 61.42. The pass percentage of government schools is 57.73 per cent whereas that of private schools it is 75.65 per cent. Additionally, the pass percentage of students from rural areas is 67.35 per cent, while the pass percentage of students from urban areas is 61.28 per cent. This time, girls have outperformed boys by 8.40 per cent, as only 61.41 per cent of the male students have succeeded in this examination, compared to 69.81 per cent of female students.

Q:   What time should I reach at the exam centre for the HBSE 10th exams? What are the exam timings?

The HBSE Class 10 exams 2026 will be held between February and March, 2026 in pen and paper format. The exam timings are 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Students are advised to reach their examination centre at least half an hour before the commencement of exams. 

They must take into account the traffic and other barriers that might come across while reaching the exam centre. Students will lose out on the time for attempting paper in case they get late. Hence, they must plan and leave early.
