Yes, BSEH has released the HBSE 10th syllabus for all subjects on the board's website- bseh.org. It is advised that students finish their syllabus at least a month before the commencement of exams as this will help them score well. 

In case you find any discrepancies in the HBSE Class 10 admit card, you must report it urgently to your school authorities for correction.
