The main reason of great placement in Jamia Milia is there alumni network. The network is soo strong in there college that help them to have great placement every year. The environment is quite disturbing but you really stay focused and have a great state of mind, then you will have a great college life here. The facilities are good here but the environment in the college is the main Issue you will face.
