There's no information about the top recruiters offered at IIMC Jammu. The instiute currently runs from a temporary campus and is yet to release it's placement related information. From what I could reserach, placements at IIMC Jammu can be considered decent. Leading media houses such as NDTV, India Today, The Hindu, Hindustan Times, Times of India, Aaj Tak, Zee News, Doordarshan, Public Relations agencies, and government organizations are among the major recruiters.

Admission process 

Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements must take the Common Admission Test (CAT), which is given by the IIMs. As an alternative, candidates with qualifying scores from the GATE, GRE, GMAT JRF (UGC/CSIR), or UGC-NET exams may also apply in the suitable field of specialty. The results of any of these tests, including the CAT, conducted within the last three years (three years from the date of the standard test and expected to be valid at the time the application is submitted) will be accepted. As of now, Indian Institute of Mass Communication Jammu accepts CUET PG scores to offer PG Diploma in English Journalism.  There's no mention of the minimum percentile required for PG Diploma in English Journalism on the official website of IIMC Jammu. CUET PG 2024 cutoff is expected to be released separately by the participating universities. The cutoff refers to the minimum marks one has to secure in order to qualify for the exam. 

IIMC Jammu only offers PG Diploma in English Journalism as per the official website of the institute. Hence, its English Journalism specialisation is the most popular one as well. The institute follows a fight for seats in the following programme, i.e. PG Diploma in English Journalism. There's no clarity on the no. of seats offered by the institute.
