Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced. Our college provides very good placements.
Placements: Around 8,000 students are studying here. The highest salary package was offered in mechanical and it has high strength. The lowest salary package was offered in civil engineering. Almost 5-6 companies visit the campus to recruit students from the mechanical department.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are very neat and there are good classrooms. Wi-Fi is not available. Library is a big and very silent place. It is very useful. Hostel facilities are very good and neat. Food facilities are available and sports teams are available for games like kabaddi and volleyball.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly effective and the staff is very experienced. Teachers are very knowledgeable persons. Once a year we are taken for industrial visits and enjoyable trips. The pass percentage in the semester exam is below 80%.
Other: I chose this course because I like it. They need to improve the course in 2nd-year.
