Established in 1990, the Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT), is a Media and Communication academy located in Delhi/ NCR. It is located in Film City Noida and is known for offering various undergraduate, postgraduate, Diploma and short-term courses in the fields of Cinema, Mass Communication, Animation, Fashion and Photography.

The fee structure of AAFT for UG Diploma course ranges between INR 85,000 and INR 2.1 lakh. Admission to UG Diploma courses depends on fulfillment of eligibility criteria and student performance in selection rounds. Although AAFT does not offer any scholarships to the students, students can avail of educational loans. The institute provides financial aid to students under different educational loan schemes. Interested students can visit the official website of AAFT and click on the "Admission" tab. On the drop down menu, students need to select "Educational Loans". On the redirected webpage, students can fill out the application form by filling in all of the important details, such as name, father's name, address, type of loan, etc. To submit the form, students need to sign the undertaking.

AAFT Noida conducts on campus placements. As of now, the 2025 placement stats have been released. The highest salary offered to the students was INR 16 LPA. The overall average salary was between INR 3.60 LPA and INR 4 LPA. More than 2,000 companies participated in the drive and placed 1,175 students in new age job roles. The placement rate recorded in 2025 was 93%.

Scholarship 1- In the past, in collaboration with the overseas Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry, AAFT offered a few overseas scholarships to its students. Students at AAFT also won a ULCA scholarship.

Scholarship 2- Under this approach, scholarships are given to PG students in ASMA and AAFT, while ULCA scholarships are given to individuals who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement. This grant is provided to outstanding students enrolled in a second-year MFA (Cinema) programme by AAFT in partnership with ULCA.
