At AAFT classes are conducted by the mix of full time academic team and Industry professionla. Faculties are having vast experience of industry and academic both and highly qualified. Various seminar, workshops and masterclasses are conducted by industry experts. 

At aaft, there are mutiple kitchens which is used by the mutliple sessions. For Diploma and short term courses, they have basic training kitchen . For Bachelors or Bsc in culinary students, they have advance training kitchens. At aaft, bakery lab is also separate which is primarily focused on Bakery

AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism course curriculum is well designed and aligned with the current industry requirement and more hands on practical sessions in core subjects with soft skills and personality development which is the important for hospitality industry.
