There is no proper resources or opportunities.

Placements: Placements were very poor for our course. Packages ranged between 3 LPA and 4 LPA. There were no great recruiting companies. The majority of students were unable to get placed. There were no internship opportunities as such. We were told that we would be given good opportunities, but we did not get any of them.

Satisfied with this college.

Placements: Placement opportunities in my course are moderate, with around 50-60% of students getting internships or project-based work in media and production companies. The average package is basic for freshers, but students gain good practical exposure. Common roles offered included assistant director, editor, cameraman, and production assistant.

It’s value for money, for those who aren't serious about their future.

Placements: No placement, for maximum courses, it's a film school that focuses on everything except filmmaking. The maximum placement you can get here is with 1 LPA. Also, most probably not in filmmaking, they even advise us to go find work in Mumbai, so don't come here with any expectations.

The current faculty members are good.

Placements: The placements provided are mainly based on commercial shoots. There are not many cinema placement opportunities as such. There are mainly advertisements, product shoots, etc. You can still get an interview experience from this. It's a good place to gain exposure.

I am adequately satisfied. I gathered a lot from this college and have evolved as an individual.

Placements: I am a final year student pursuing M.Sc Cinema with Direction Specialisation. Various opportunities were made available to us, such as assistant directors, art directors, and cinematographers in the technical aspect of this medium. People from various production houses came to interview us and helped us gain exposure to the process on the set.

AAFT is a great college.

Placements: Around 70–80% of students from our batch get placed through campus drives. The highest package is around 10-12 LPA, with companies including media agencies and production houses. Students also secure internships, and common roles offered are assistant director, video editor, cinematographer, and related positions.
