The placements are good, and many companies like Infosys, Genpact, etc., come here for recruiting freshers.

A very low percentage of students got placement from the college and only few reputed companies were part of the college placement drive.

Nice teachers, okay crowd, bad infrastructure, placements overall okay, college has no DU politics.
Placements: To be honest, I don't know much about placement cell as I intended to find jobs on my own due to pursuing a professional exam. I wouldn't suggest this college if you are looking for placement on campus. But if you are also doing professional courses, then you may get ample time to study and work.
Infrastructure: It's like you have entered a government school but it's not broken or something like that. It's just not as majestic as other North and South campus colleges. The classroom is small and feels like an old school. Lab for science students is good. The ground is maintained. Library is still decent.
Faculty: The best thing I have come across is the faculty members of the college. They are very polite, understanding, and knowledgeable. Commerce course teachers have taught me. They have good knowledge of the concept and do help you with upskilling if you ask them to help you.
Other: The crowd consists of students from various courses like computer science, zoology, botany, and B.Com (Hons). If you ever come across any other college crowd, its decent in comparison to others. But set the expectations bar low so you don't get disappointed.

I am very satisfied with my college.
Placements: Students with 70% marks could get admission to my college easily. The highest package was 30 LPA, the lowest package was 3 LPA, and average package was nearly 7 LPA to 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and many more. It was a very good college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was very good. Libraries were provided with air-conditioned classes with many course books. Classrooms were very well managed. Hostels were clean and very well managed. Mess was hygienic and very tasty. I like my college.
Faculty: Teachers were very well qualified. They helped us with every question. Teaching quality of teachers was very good. Semester exams were not that much hard but after all, it was exam so you had to study. But if you study before the exam, you will pass easily.
Other: I chose this course because I love this course.

B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science - Batch of 2028

Good faculty and affordable fees, but needs improvement in infrastructure and placements.
Placements: The placement scenario is average. Only a few students got placed in my batch, mostly from the CS/IT stream. Companies like Wipro, TCS, and Infosys visited, but the packages were on the lower side, ranging between 2 LPA and 4 LPA. Internship opportunities are limited, and mostly students have to search for them on their own. College does conduct some placement training sessions, but not very frequently or regularly.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility provided by the college. Infrastructure for the course is basic. Fans in classrooms do not work properly, which makes it difficult in the summer. Wi-Fi is available in limited areas like the library and labs, but the speed is average. The library has decent resources, but they are not regularly updated. Medical and sports facilities are minimal and not very well maintained.
Faculty: The faculty is quite good. Teachers are helpful, qualified, and explain concepts nicely. The teaching quality is better than expected. Since it's a State-status DBT (Department of Biotechnology) college, the study environment is very disciplined and sincere. The course content is relevant, but still, a bit more practical learning can be added. Semester exams are fair and manageable, and the pass percentage is decent.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in computer science and the academic reputation of the college. Faculty support and affordable fees are the best parts. However, some improvements are needed in infrastructure, like classroom fans and placement training. Events and fests are held, but are not very grand. More attention is needed towards extracurricular activities and industry connections.

It's an above-average college.
Placements: I pursue the B.Sc. programme in Chemistry, in which you have to study three subjects for 3 years, but you can take one subject and complete your graduation in that particular subject. The highest package in my course is 6 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.5 LPA, while the average package is 4 LPA. Mostly, second-year and third-year students get internships. Only 30 to 40% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: In my college, Wi-Fi is available in good condition, all equipment is available in the lab, and classrooms are neat and clean. Blackboards are in good condition, the library is big, and 4 or 5 AC units are available in the library. Plus, there is a reading room where you can read books, study, or complete your homework. The canteen is okay. There is below-average food available, and prices are expensive. Medical facilities are okay, and sports grounds are available, but not in good condition. All kinds of indoor and outdoor games are available.
Faculty: Semester exams are not very tough. They are easy to pass. Teachers are fully qualified and knowledgeable, and their teaching qualities are also good, but some of them are not helpful at times. The timetable of classes is not good; if there is a class at 9:45 am, then the other classes are at 4 PM, and there is no class between them.

Overall, the teaching faculty is nice, but the infrastructure and college locality are not good.
Placements: The average placement of this college is 3 to 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Wipro and TCS. Mostly, 60 to 100 students per year get placed. There is a placement cell for Computer Science students that is mostly run by students only.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not very good. The campus is very small and the canteen is not very spacious considering the college crowd. Some benches and tables are broken. Fans are not working in some classrooms. The computer labs are very nice, fully air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is available.
Faculty: The teaching faculty in my department is nice and helpful. They provide notes and previous year questions for exam preparation. Some teaching staff are rude and give internal marks based on students' attendance rather than their test scores, which is very disappointing. This course makes students industry-ready as it develops programming skills. Semester exams are tough but not too difficult. Most students pass, except for those who skip their exams.
Other: I chose this course because it makes a student industry-ready by developing programming skills. One thing that should be improved in the course curriculum is having more practical classes than theoretical ones. The fests are average, not very good, as no big singers come to perform like in other DU colleges. The college surroundings are very bad, as they are not clean and are not very hygienic.

Overall a decent college.
Placements: Placement rate is not very high so you have to work hard for placement. Yet, this college provides valuable work experiences, which are helpful in securing a position in any company. This college also conducts numerous internships and research fellowships, which can be really beneficial for your CV and work experience.
Infrastructure: While hostels are not available, the infrastructure is not bad. Upon entering the college, you see greenery everywhere, which makes you feel motivated every time. They also provide college Wi-Fi, a canteen, and a library for studious individuals. For players, there is a big ground where they practice games like football and cricket.
Faculty: Faculty of this college is very helpful; they assist in your overall growth, not just in studies but also in extracurricular activities. They prepare you for industry work by training you through various research fellowships, projects, and many other initiatives.
Other: I chose this course to learn more about Chemistry, and this college is helping me in every way. I am now able to understand the career options I can pursue after completing my Chemistry honors.
