AITAM BTech curriculum is spread over eight semesters and follows a credit-based evaluation system. AITAM BTech Scholarships 2025 are covered under the Pragati Scholarship Scheme for girl child. It is awarded exclusively to girl students pursuing a technical degree. The eligibility criteria set for AITAM scholarship follows that student must be admitted to the First year of Degree level course. The scholarship is given by AICTE and facilitated by the institute. Students are awarded INR 50,000 per annum for a maximum of 4 years for the first year admitted students and maximum 3 years for the second year admitted.
The guidelines for the Pragati Scholarship also includes that a maximum of two girl child per family can be awarded under this scheme. The family income from all sources should not be more than INR 8 Lakh per annum during the current financial year.
