ALC Noida Course Admissions 2026: Fees, Eligibility, Dates & Selection Process

The eligibility criteria in B.A. LL.B. (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws) Degree Program is The student should have passed senior secondary school examination or an examination equivalent thereto, securing not less than 45% (40% in the case of SC/ST U.P. Domicile) in aggregate.The students should be appearing or have appeared for the annual examinations in March/April of the current academic year. Selection is based on the   (ALCAT) entrance exam.Alternatively, CLAT / LSAT—India examination scores are also accepted. Students who fail to clear the qualifying examination (ALCAT) will not be considered eligible for admission in this course. Asian Law school does not provide minimum CLAT percentage on their website, However as per report candidate need to score near 70 to 80 percent. Asian Law College has collaborated with University of Cape Town to offer international degree for the BA LLB and LLB programme. This collaboration increases the scope of knowledge and experience for the students. Students also gets to learn from workshops and international tours which are organised in collaboration with the university.

ALC Noida offers courses such as BA LLB/ BCom LLB and LLB for the duration of 5 years and 3 years. The courses curriculum includes various international Law specialisations offered in association with University of Cape Town, South Africa. Admission to the respective courses is offered based on the 45% aggregate in Class 12 for UG level courses. In addition to this, candidates must qualify CLAT with valid scores and meet the cutoff list. ALC Noida fee structure includes a tuition fee ranging from INR 4 Lacs to INR 10.3 Lakh. Asian Law College offers B.A. LL.B. And LL.B. Course I. e. National and International Admissions. The selection criteria for B.A. LL.B. Is CLAT/ALCAT/ISAT. The eligibility criteria is Class 12 with atleast 45% aggregate. However for ST/SC/ UP domicile it is 40% and for selection in LL.B. The criteria is ALCAT/ISAT/CLAT. And for Bachelors degree 45% and 40% aggregate for SC/ST/ OBC.

A  total of 120 students can do LLB course at Asian Law College. The seats are only offered to students who has complete the admission procedure of ALC. 

Asian Law College Noida offer 5 year integrated BALLB degree programs and Admission to these programme is based on the ALC Admission Test (ALCAT) which conducted by Asian Law College. Alternatively, CLAT / LSAT—India examination scores are also accepted for admission. Students who fail to clear the qualifying examination (ALCAT) will not be considered eligible for admission in this course. And the basic eligibility criteria is student should have passed senior secondary school examination or an examination equivalent thereto, securing not less than 45% (40% in the case of SC/ST U.P. A  total of 270 students can do BA LLB course at Asian Law College. The seats are distributed among the BA LLB (General) and BA LLB (International). Candidates must complete the entire admission process to secure BA LLB seats at ALC.

Candidates interested in B.A.LL.B. are supposed to register for Asian Law College Admission Test (ALCAT) conducted at Asian Law College. ALCAT is designed to evaluate the candidates in Quantitative Technique, General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning and English Language. Alternatively, CLAT / LSAT—India examination scores are also accepted and the minimum eligibility criteria is candidate must have passed class 12th from a recognised board.  However as per report candidate need to score near 70 to 80 percent. To be eligible to apply for the BA LLB programme at Asian Law College, candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board. Candidates must have a valid ALCAT score. Candidates having CLAT/ LSAT-India score can also apply.
