Amrita School of Business, Amritapuri admissions are entrance-based. The school considers national-level entrance exam scores for MBA admission. The entrance exam accepted are CAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT, etc. Candidates can also appear for ACAT conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Besides, the school also conducts a written test for PhD programme. Selected candidates have to further come for a personal interview round for final selection.

No, currently the school is accepting application only through online mode and candidates who wants to apply for the MBA at Amrita School of Management, Kollam have to apply and pay for the application in online mode only.

Students at ASB, Amritapuri undergo a training called Capstone Business Simulation programme which trains students and helps them for better decision-making in the business enterprise area. During this programme students own a business and virtually play the role of managers and engage themselves in one-of-a-kind experience.

Applications for admission to PhD programme are screened by the Committee on Postgraduate Programmes (CPGP); shortlisted candidates are then called for an entrance test conducted by the University, followed by a PI round. UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET qualified candidates are exempted from the entrance test and called directly for PI round.
