CAP TEST Application Form 2025 (Ongoing): Last Date, Registration Link, Fees, Apply Online Now

Candidates need to follow the steps below on how to apply for the CAP Test 2025 entrance.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.

Step 2: On visiting the home page of the university, click on the ‘Admission’ tab and search for the link ‘Mass Communication’ or directly visit amrita.edu/school/communication.

Step 3: On clicking the ‘Mass Communication’ link, the candidate will be redirected to a new page on the browser.

Step 4: Now click on the programme you wish to apply for.

Step 5: The students will be directed to a new page, where they will have to register by entering:

• Name
• Email ID
• Mobile Number

Step 6: After registration, the candidates will have to enter their personal details, including:

• Candidate's Name
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• NRI & Social Status
• Nationality
• Contact Details

Step 7: After entering the personal details, candidates can required to fill out the CAP Test Application Form by entering:

• Address (State, Disctrict, City)
• Photograph
• Signature
• Course Preference

Step 8: After that, they will be redirected to the 'Payment' page for depositing the application fee.

Step 9: Once the candidates have made the payment, they will have to fill in their academic details.

Step 10: After that, candidates have to upload the required documents.

Step 11: Now the candidate has successfully applied for the CAP Test.

While filling out the CAP Test Registration Form, candidates are required to pay the CAP Test application fee after selecting the course preferences in the online form. The CAP Test 2025 registration fee is INR 500. Applicants will have to pay INR 300 for each programme applied for later (applicants have to add programmes before the last date to apply).

Candidates must ensure that the CAP Test registration fee is non-refundable, so they are advised to carefully fill out the course preferenes in the application form. After Clicking on 'Proceed for Payment' candidates will be redirected to Aoap.amrita.edu for the payment gateway. Check out the image below for reference.

CAP Test Application Fee

Candidates need to submit the below-mentioned documents:

• 2 Photographs
• Attested photocopies of 10th and 12th marksheets for BA applications.
• 10th and 12th mark sheets and mark sheets for all semesters of the Bachelor’s programme for MA and PG Diploma applications.

NOTE: Candidates who have appeared for their 12th examinations and are awaiting results can produce attested copies of their 11th marksheets when they appear for the CAP Test. Only at the time of joining, do they have to produce their 12th results. 

Candidates who register successfully for the CAP Test will obtain their admit cards.
