All these private universities either individualy or though a scholarship foundation offers scholarship through the SAT scores. 

In india most of the universities offer 100% tution fee waiver as the scholar ship to the top scorers who have scored more than 1400 in the SAT exam.  For other cases, most of the universities follows the tier system, so the scholarship amount offered will be based on the range of their SAT scores. for examaple;
