Review of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham - Amritapuri Campus.

Faculty: Professors tried to build a deep connection with the students. This, in turn, helped us have good connectivity with them, like sharing our personal trauma and finding solutions too. Questions in exams were prepared by board members of University. So they set them at a mid-level of toughness. Professors gave confidence by encouraging us to question in class if we had doubts.

The college has good faculty members, infrastructure, and decent placements.

Faculty: Good enough teachers, more experienced faculty members from the 2nd year, but the teachers are helpful and can be contacted at any moment for guidance. Most of the teachers from semester 1 itself are Ph.D. scholars, postgraduates, etc., and are able to handle the subject in a professional way. Teaching quality and content are good and relevant, but we have to put in more effort to beat the top 1% and become industry-ready. Semester exams have medium to high difficulty, I would say, compared to m...

Greatly satisfied with the curriculum and the faculty's good placement records.

Faculty: They provide very knowledgeable and helpful faculty to the students, and their teaching quality is good, but some faculty members are not like that. Regarding curriculum, we get more exposure to this, which prepares students for industry purposes. About the level in semester exams, it depends on the faculty.

At last, I just want to conclude by saying that we can join here in case of anything.

Faculty: Semester exams are pretty easy in semester 1 and semester 2, but as you move to higher semesters, you will get into core subjects, and the papers will be hard, with evaluation being very strict, so it is hard to score higher marks in semester exams. we can only score better in internal exams.

Academic excellence and facilities, mediocre placements, and hardcore campus life.

Faculty: The quality of the faculty is mixed, as there are both wise and research-driven professors, and those who use slides primarily. The curriculum is robust in learning basics, but not entirely industry-fit, and thus, students have to acquire skills on their own. Semester exams are medium-level and conceptual in nature, and the pass rate of such exams is about 85-90 percent.

It is good and infrastructure is getting changed every year for the better. No faculty are good .

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and they have good knowledge Amrita curriculum is very good. Semester exams are not so tough, the pass percentage is 98 percent. They will make industry ready teachers who are very supportive, and they have good knowledge, they will help us.

It is a university that believes in education for life and education for living.

Faculty: Teachers are very interactive. They have a good knowledge that can make us think everything is easy, and helps to develop new projects. They help to publish some sort of affiliated conferences and journal papers on the best topics we can. Exams are a bit tough. The pass percentage is about 37 percent, I think. We can easily clear it by listening to classes without any deviation. The course curriculum is good, but it is not sufficient for us to have industry knowledge. So we must get extra things...

It is a good college with good teachers, good placements, and a good library.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful, knowledgeable, and highly qualified. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is updated. Semester exams are okay. The pass percentage is very high. Semester exams are somewhat difficult, so they give us an idea of where we stand compared to other students.

Absolutely dissatisfied with placements.

Faculty: The teaching quality is good. Teachers are highly qualified. However, they don't provide exactly what the industry wants from us, so we need to externally learn all those things. The odd semesters are very tough. The cutoff as of now is strictly 40 (overall, including internal and external).

Disciplined campus life and real technical exposure.

Faculty: The curriculum is updated regularly and is designed to give them good exposure to both theoretical knowledge and industry related skills. The teaching quality is structured and disciplined, which helps students stay consistent in their studies. The semester exams are moderately difficult and require regular preparation.

My honest review of my college.

Faculty: Structured well to give a proper and deep understanding of the life Science field. The graduate programme is one of the best in the country, with adequate exposure to research-based skills. Exams are conducted thrice a semester, and all marks are taken into consideration for the final CGPA. The faculty-to-student ratio is more than impressive, with skilled and highly qualified professionals who are interested and approachable. They guide one properly, along with being regular to classes and taki...

One of the good and decent organizations.

Faculty: Professors are well-experienced in their subject matter, and they expect higher pay for their services. Professors are responsible for the induction of various webinars and workshops, mostly relevant to the current subject and their updates, by top professionals and experts from various top institutions.

Give an idea for developing new researchers.

Faculty: The syllabus covers major topics like molecular biology, genetic engineering, plant Biology, and so on, while professors are highly familiar with and popular with all that coverage. As professors are brought up with discoveries that are quite inspiring.

B.Sc. in Microbiology is the course.

Faculty: Every staff member is assigned to specific subjects and they mostly have different experiences, skill sets, and knowledge. However, the technical assistants hired for the laboratories are not well-qualified, which often creates controversial discussions among the students.
