Placements: From our institution, job offers reported 90% placements per course. Where the salary packages typically varied for each course. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, the average is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 3.50 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, Infosys, HCL, TCS, and Accenture offered 8% of jobs to students from our batch.
Infrastructure: Our institution offers tremendous infrastructure facilities for each course. Our institution is endowed with Wi-Fi connection throughout the campus, installed labs, spacious classrooms, and a library with an enormous collection of books, college journals, and e-resources. Hostel facilities are also praiseworthy with clean and voluminous rooms, hygienic food, medical facilities, gym, and sports courts.
Faculty: Our teachers are qualified, knowledgeable, and experts in their subjects. The teaching quality is exceptional with a supportive learning environment. The academic curriculum is well-structured and contextual by providing a strong foundation for the students. Semester examinations are challenging, but teachers help to understand the concepts and serve to attain our goals.
Other: I chose this course for its significant curriculum, experienced faculty in our institution, and our campus placement records. My course has flexible additional options and an emphasis on students' soft-skill development. Enlarging the library resources would enhance the student learning opportunities. In our campus, events, fests, and extracurricular activities are systematic. Even scholarship opportunities are available, and even the college supports in securing the scholarships.

Appasaheb Birnale College of Architecture has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.Arch | Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023. |
| M.Arch | Candidate must have completed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least mentioned marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories / EWS /PWD belonging to Maharashtra State only. Candidates appearing for final year of qualifying examination are also eligible. |
