Review of Arcot Sri Mahalakshmi Women's College.

Placements: The planning for internships is not supported for the discipline of M.A. English. From the overall strength of 60 to 70 percent per batch, only 5 to 8 students got placed in any of the vacancies that happened in the overall drives, and the rest of them would look for offers on their own. The packages usually fall below 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: Approximately 2400 got graduate from the college annually. The overall campus zone was quite peaceful and promoted the mindset of learning. 28 buses operated from the college on all the routes around the college. There will be separate halls, like a visitors' room, allotted for visitors.

Faculty: Teachers with a lack of in-depth understanding of the literature and other linguistics, and won't meet the students' expectations. Teachers seem to be outdated with the current update, and their main aim is to train the students with the important university questions.

Disappointment is caused by management and faculty members.

Placements: The worst college I had ever seen. The staff is not good at teaching. The management is bad. They give placements, like phone companies. They did not give placement like what we study. We see that the placements are not very good. Mostly, it is the worst college.

Infrastructure: The laboratory is bad. The lab is not clean at all. There are no instruments in the lab. The hostel food is very bad. In the classroom, the fans and lights are not working. The basic PowerPoint presentation is not there. That is the worst I have ever seen.

Faculty: The faculty members are not good. They behave like children. The staff is very bored. Actually, faculty members are in short supply. So one staff member is handling multiple subjects. So it is very confusing. They give three tests before the semester; it is the worst.

I am satisfied with everything.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed in our batch. Almost 50% of the students got internships from different companies. The highest salary offered is around Rs. 20,000 per month, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month, and the average salary offered is around Rs. 12,000 per month. They offer some deduction in the college fee according to your 12th public examination marks, and it is applicable for all semester fees.

Infrastructure: Library facilities are good. The hostel is also available, and hostel facilities are good. As it is a women's college, the hostel safety is very good. The quality of food is also good, and it is more or less like homemade food. Water facilities are extremely good, and they provide clean RO water on every floor in the hostel as well as in the college.

Faculty: Teaching is not bad. All teachers are well-knowledgeable, and most of the professors are PhD holders. Semester exams at Thiruvalluvar University are very easy compared to other universities. I think the passing percentage is at least above 65%, which is very good for arts and science students.

Other: I have chosen this course because I am much interested in physics subjects. It is a very interesting subject and very easy if you understand it. It is my dream to work in ISRO, so I decided to choose the physics department. I think physics is basically very easy than you think, and concepts are very simple. It is not a subject like biology to read the theory or memorize the names. It is a subject that you should sense. If they teach concepts with real modules and examples, it would be easier to understand and gain knowledge too.

Honest review about Arcot Mahalakshmi Women's College.

Placements: In ASMWC, around 40% of students were placed in our course. The lowest package was 5000, and the highest package was 35000, with the average package offered in our course being 20000 in our college. Aarush Infotech, Zigma Software, and Ed Cloud Solutions are the top recruiting companies for our course.

Infrastructure: In ASMWC, the faculty members are very friendly and easy to approach. For the Computer Science course, they have labs with good systems with Wi-Fi and well-trained staff, making it easy for students to learn. There is also a library full of useful books for students. Hostel facilities are available for students and faculty members, and the hostel environment is very friendly, which feels like home for students. The canteen food is also of very good quality, and importance is given to sports and games in our college.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very helpful, qualified, well-trained, and knowledgeable. Their teaching is easy to understand, clear, and conducive to student learning. This course definitely prepares students for the industry, ensuring they have a bright future ahead. They conduct more model exams before the semester exam, making it easier for students to write the sem exam.

Other: I chose this course because I love this field, and it is really a fast-growing field. In our college, there are many events and fests, and extracurricular activities and sports are given importance.
