Candidates who have passed the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto in the Science stream with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and Physics/ Electronics as one of the optional subjects are eligible for admission. An additional weightage of 25 marks will be added for those who have studied Electronics. An additional weightage of 10 marks for candidates passed VHSE with papers like Electronic Service Technology,Maintenance Operation of Bio Medical equipments, Maintenance and Repairs of Domestic Appliances and Maintenance and Repairs of Television.
