B.E./B.Tech through BUIT is possible without JEE Main only in case you have a Diploma and you are able to seek admission in the B.E./B.Tech course by using the lateral entry scheme; otherwise, you would need to obtain JEE Main through MP-DTE counselling. The institute does not welcome the CBSE/AIEEE

The JEE Main 2025 Session 2 results for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) were released on April 18, 2025. A few papers had delayed or withheld. Their results were released by April 29, and Session 2 Paper 2 (Architecture/Planning) results were out by May 23, 2025.
