Application form for CUET PG 2026 was released on December 14, 2025. The deadline to submit the application form online is January 14, 2026. The exam dates will be released soon. The CUET PG 2026 exam will be conducted to provide an opportunity to all the candidates who wish to get admission to some of the top NIRF-ranked universities to pursue their preferred courses and get a postgraduate degree. 

It is advisable for all the candidates to complete their registration process and application process before the end date because once the application form deadline is over, no one will be allowed to appear for the exam. Only those who complete their application process along with the application fees and submit all the necessary documents will be eligible to appear for the exam to access the Admit card. 

To complete the application process, students need to fill in their personal information after creating their registered account on the official website. This will help them choose their exam centre, upload documents, fill in their personal details and more. Candidates should know that the application process is conducted in online mode and there is no option to submit the form in offline mode, so all candidates need to submit their application form before the end date.

Before paying the CUET PG 2026 registration fee, the most important step in the CUET PG application form 2026 is uploading the CUET PG 2026 documents that are being requested by the exam authority on the web portal. The exam authority will not ask for any graduation or category certificates to be uploaded. However, candidates are required to upload the following documents:

CUET PG 2026 Application Form Start Date

NTA, National Testing Agency, is the conducting body for CUET PG for the academic session 2025-2026. CUET PG 2026 application form was released on December 14, 2025. Candidates will be able to fill out the CUET PG application form in 2026 by visiting the official website. The first step is doing the registration sign-up, which will create an account for the candidate on the CUET PG 2026 web portal. The other steps in the CUET PG registration form 2026 will be done later.

CUET PG 2025 Application Form Last Date

CUET PG application form 2026 will remain open for a month, and CUET PG 2026 aspiring candidates will be able to fill out the CUET PG registration form till January 14, 2026, through Credit/Debit Card/NetBanking/UP. The CUET PG application process will be completely online, right from doing the registration for the CUET PG registration account to paying the CUET PG 2026 registration fees. 

CUET PG 2026 Registration Fee Last Date

CUET PG 2026 aspirants, while filling out the application form, can only pay the CUET PG registration fees online. The last date for filling out the CUET PG 2026 registration fee is January 14, 2026, 11.50 PM.

CUET PG 2026 Application Correction Window

Candidates will also get the opportunity to edit the CUET PG 2026 application form against the incorrect details they provided earlier. CUET PG 2026 application correction window will open on January 18, 2026, and the last date to make corrections is January 20, 2025.

CUET PG 2026: Application Form Document Specification

Candidates are requested to upload scanned images of candidate Photograph and Signature in the below-specified format:
i. The recent photograph should be in colour with 80% face (without mask) visible, including ears, against a white background.
ii. The scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible).
iii. The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible).
iv. The size of the scanned signature should be between 10 kb to 50 kb (clearly legible)

v. The PWD Certificate or UDID Certificate should be in PDF format, between 50 KB to 300 KB.
[Note: The Candidate has to upload only his/her own photograph and signature as mentioned above (and not of anybody else) in a correct/proper manner.]

In case, it is found at any time in the future that the Candidate has used/uploaded the photograph and signature of someone else in his/her Application Form/Admit Card, or he/she has tampered his/her Admit Card/Result/Score Card, these acts of the candidate shall be treated as Unfair Means (UFM) Practices and he/she shall be subject to actions as contemplated under the provisions of the Information Bulletin relating to Unfair Means Practices.

CUET PG 2026 Application Form: Complete Step-by-Step Process

Candidates have to follow the steps given below to apply for CUET PG 2026:

Step 1: Visit the Official website of CUET PG 2026 

While filling out the CUET PG 2026 application form, the first and foremost thing that the aspirants must keep in mind is knowing the official website of CUET PG 2026. The particular website will require a login for every step or piece of information, right from downloading the information brochure to getting the CUET PG 2026 results. NTA, the exam conducting authority, releases or announces any information regarding the exam on its official website.

Step 2: Registration Form

For registration, candidates need to fill in all the details asked on the portal including the candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, identification type, present and permanent address, mobile no, e-mail id. Also, create a password for the account you are creating, and then enter the security pin and click on it to submit. Upon submitting, again check all the details filled and click on the check-in box of the details and then click on the final submit and click on the send otp tab.

Step 2: OTP Verification

After filling in the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, you will receive a CUET PG 2026 registration confirmation along with the application number. This application number will also be used/ referred to for CUET PG 2026 for subsequent logins. Candidates will be able to log in directly with the respective system-generated application number and password.

Step 3: CUET PG Account Login

Now candidates can log in with the credentials created. To proceed with the filling of the CUET PG application form 2026, candidates must enter:

• Captcha

Step 3: Filling Out CUET PG 2026 Application Form

After adding the contact and personal details, the next step is updating the Aadhar card. Candidates can choose any one of the three options given here, click on the check-in box, fill in the security pin submit it, and move on to the next step, where they have to choose the subjects for which they want to take the exam and also select the two preferred exam centers. Fill in the family occupation, and security pin, and move to save and next. Now the candidates have to select the medium of the examination along with the university to which they want to apply. After filling in the details, enter the security pin, click save, and then click next. In the next step, education details are needed to be filled.

CUET PG 2026 Application Form: University Programme Selection Process

One of the important stages of filling out the CUET PG 2026 application form is the selection of the university programme list. Candidates are advised to select their desired university and programme offered through it wisely, otherwise, it may create hindrances in the CUET PG 2026 counselling process.

Step 1: After adding the exam centre city preferences, candidates will then have to select the University/Programme selection.

Step 2: In this section, candidates are required to select the university name first and then select the programme name. Likewise, candidates can select up to four universities and its allied programmes offered. After adding the university programme choices, save the details and move on to the next sections.

Step 3: In this section, candidates need to add the test details. Add the test paper subject code from the drop-down options mentioned in the window. After adding all the respective test paper codes of the university programme list which was selected in the previous step, save the details.

Step 5: Fee Payment

After completing Step 1 and Step 2, the candidates have to pay the requisite examination fee. The fee can be submitted only online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, and UPI Services. Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the candidate (in addition to the examination fee) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator.
The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form will be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of the fee, then the candidate may have to approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway (in the helpline number and e-mail given in the Information Bulletin) to ensure the successful payment or to obtain the refund of duplicate/multiple payments.

CUET PG 2026 Application Correction/ Modification

Only those candidates who have submitted the application form and paid the requisite application fee will be eligible to make the changes in the application form. 

If candidates make any mistake in CUET PG 2025 registration forms, they can correct it in the correction window. Here we have provided steps to correct the application form:

CUET PG 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the Central Universities to apply and appear for CUET PG 2026. The eligibility criteria for CUET PG 2026 are as follows:

Qualifications: Since NTA did not release the information brochure for the CUET PG 2026 exam, following the previous year's trend it is anticipated that for appearing in CUET (PG) 2026, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the bachelor's degree/equivalent examination or appearing in 2025 irrespective of their age can appear in master’s degree programs in the Central Universities through CUET PG 2026 examination.

Nationality: To get eligible in the CUET Exam, aspirants must abide by the following citizenship rules:

• The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
• A constituent subject of Nepal, Bhutan
• A Tibetan refugee who landed in India before 1 January 1962 to make India their permanent home and reside there permanently.
• Pakistanis, Burmese, Sri Lankans, Kenyans, Ugandans, Tanzanians, Zambians, Malawians, Zaireans, Ethiopians, and people from Vietnam who permanently moved to India.

Before applying to the online application process, CUET PG aspirants are advised to check the eligibility criteria for all the respective criteria, like age limit criteria, course enrollment-specific criteria, nationality, and other important minimal eligibility criteria. The examination will be held for the graduates to get enrolled for various master's degrees like MSc, MA, MBA, MTech, etc., in various central universities or participating universities under the CUET PG 2026 examination.

How to check CUET PG Application Form Status

CUET PG 2026 aspirants after filling out the application form and also paid the online registration fee will be able to check the final status as "Submitted" of the CUET PG 2026 application form. Candidates who had filled the CUET PG 2026 application form except paying the CUET PG registration fee, the status of the application form will show as "Not Submitted". If the candidates has not completed all the steps of CUET PG 2026 application form and wanted to pay the registration fee, they will not be able to pay the registration fee.
