Practical learning in a peaceful campus environment, but extracurricular need improvement.

Placements: Approximately 65% of students got placed after completing the course. The highest they can offer up to Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month. Minimum they can offer up to Rs. 8,000. Average package is Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 18,000. NGOs like Pratham and Radiant Academy recruit mostly. More than 95% of students got internships. Roles offered are teaching intern and private tutor.

Infrastructure: The college has well-ventilated classrooms, a library with more than 1,275 books, basic labs, and Wi-Fi in the academic area. The hostel is available for 150 students. Mess food is simple and clean. No canteen, but nearby shops are accessible. Basic medical aid is provided, and serious cases are referred to local health centers. A playground and sports equipment are available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and experienced in their subjects. The teaching quality is good, with a focus on both theory and practical training. The curriculum is relevant and follows NCTE guidelines. It prepares students for teaching jobs, especially in government and private elementary schools. Semester exams are moderate in difficult. With regular study and attendance, most students pass easily. The overall pass percentage is around 85%-90%.

Other: I chose the D. El. Ed. Course because I want to become a private tutor and serve in the education field. The best part of this course is its practical approach to teaching methods, classroom management, etc. I wish there were more digital learning tools, smart classrooms, and exposure to modern teaching techniques. The campus has a peaceful environment with supportive students and teachers. Annual functions, yoga activities, and cultural events are organized occasionally. The campus is moderately connected by road.

Institute has good facilities all around the campus such as Auditorium, Boys Hostel, Cafeteria, Girls Hostel, Gym, Hospital / Medical Facilities, Hostel, Labs, Library, Sports Complex, Wi-Fi Campus.
