A glance of my memorable past
Placements: In our Bhadrak college, there are several courses available, out of which I have chosen Chemistry. While pursuing the Chemistry course, several companies came to our college for recruitment, but those are technical. Most of the companies recruit students and offer job opportunities out of the state. However, the salaries are limited, around 2 to 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: In our college, there are 3 boys’ hostels and 3 girls’ hostels. They are like other college hostels, neither very good nor very bad, just average. But the main highlight is our department. It is well-developed and has good facilities. Our classroom has AC and a digital board, and our department has a clean lab for experiments. All types of chemicals and requirements needed for experiments are present in our lab.
Faculty: In our department, all teachers are qualified from well-known institutions like IIT and NIT. They are talented and helpful. They also give us full freedom to clear any doubt at any time whenever we need. They teach us from the syllabus and also cover extra topics required for our future in this course. The semester exams are not very difficult, but the questions asked are quite tricky, which helps to exercise the mind of each student before attempting.
Other: I prefer this course because I am good in Chemistry, and according to me, Chemistry has a wide scope in every field. There are various fields where a person pursuing Chemistry can get a job, rather than Physics or any other B.Sc. course. The only thing that needs to be developed is the attitude and behavior of students from other departments, as many students might face difficulties due to inappropriate behavior of local students who do not attend classes and wander around the college. Besides this, our college is very good in all activities, including sports.

Enjoying the studies of the course we love.
Placements: Campus placements at this college are good. Different companies like TCS, Wipro, and many more visit our campus for recruitment. But students must have some extraordinary skills to get placements. Moreover, there is 90% successful placement rate in this college and most students get placed.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of this college is very good and is fully loaded with technology like digital classrooms. The campus is fully covered with a Wi-Fi facility. The sports room is full of different sports items. The library is full of books and students can borrow any.
Faculty: Exams are conducted on a semester basis which is approximately in 6 months. The exams are easy if we study well. Teachers are very well and dignified over here. Most of them have Ph.D in their respective subjects and will help students not only in college but throughout their lives.

College life is no doubt very good and comfortable, and all faculties are supportive.
Placements: 30% of students were placed, with an average package of 3.3 LPA. Wipro and Tech Mahindra are the main recruiters. This college also offers MCA, BBA, and MBA, and companies do come to this college, but you have to grab the opportunity. I am not satisfied with the placement cell. The highest package is 5 LPA, and 60% above of students are getting placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is above average. It is also working on improving its infrastructure. It is a government college and will become a university in the next coming year, so no doubt the infrastructure will be good. The campus life is also very comfortable.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive and teach very nice. Extracurricular activities like sports and other activities are also present. Exams are strict. The NCC in this college is also very good. The No. 1 NCC is in this college, and faculty members are well-talented.
Other: The NCC of this college is No. 1 NCC in all of Odisha. Naval NCC and Army NCC are also present.

A good college with various opportunities.
Placements: Some of the students opt for jobs, and some opt for further higher studies. Apart from that, regular employment fairs are organized by the institution in which various companies take part in the recruitment process, offering very good salaries according to their qualifications.
Infrastructure: The administrative building and classrooms are clean and in very good condition. There are also smart classrooms available with computer facilities and free, good internet. However, the hostel facility is slightly bad, as the buildings are very old and need some maintenance.
Faculty: The faculty present in this college in various departments are highly qualified and bring lots of knowledge and experience. Apart from regular faculty, a number of guest faculty are also present for the smooth conduct of the teaching process. The semester exams' difficulty level is moderate here, and most of the students pass the exams.

B.Com at Bhadrak Autonomous College .
Placements: There were 300 students in my course, and only 5-10% of them were placed. The top companies that recruited were SBI, ICICI, and other similar companies. The top roles were bank manager and management officer.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are well-built and clean. The only problem is that the labs are not up to the mark. Wi-Fi is available in the library, which is a good place to study and read. The college provides hostels for both boys and girls with a good environment and hygiene. The food is good and hygienic, the rooms are good, and medical facilities are available in each department. Sports and games are conducted quarterly.
Faculty: The teachers and faculty are very helpful and qualified. They have a lot of knowledge and are very good at teaching. Their teaching is enough to get good knowledge and marks. The curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry ready. The semesters are quite reasonable and easy if we study well. The passing percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose this course because I love economics and the best thing about this course is it helps us in learning so many valuable things and other meaningful things in life. I wish there were practical and other activities included it would become more interesting to study.

Bhadrak autonomous college, where everyone can do anything.
Placements: Bhadrak Autonomous College placements are available for students who have scored at least 50% in the qualifying exams. Mainly, BCA students get the best placement opportunities. The placement cell offers guidance and help to students with career counseling.
Infrastructure: The students are endowed with all the convenient amenities that make their lives easier during college hours. Some of the facilities include well-ventilated classrooms. It have a library, language lab, Science labs, means hostel, women hostel, two reading rooms, etc.
Faculty: There are many lecturers who are highly qualified from some recognized colleges present over here. They are knowledgeable and their teaching quality is way better than that of other college faculty members. The course I chose at this college is about the IT sector and exams are held every six months.
