Yes candidate shall be admitted to architecture course if she/he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50% marls in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination.
According to the National Institutional Ranking Framework 2023, BMS College of Architecture has been ranked 21st among the top architecture institutes in India. The institute was at rank 18 in 2022 as given by NIRF ranking 2022.

The admissions to UG courses are granted on the basis of COMEDK, the admissions to MBA and MCA are granted on the basis of KMAT, and the admissions to M.Tech. and M.Arch courses are granted on the basis of PGCET. Any relaxation in academic eligibility is extended only to Karnataka candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes.
The counseling is only done in one round
The candidate must have appeared and qualified in the aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e., JEE) or “NATA” conducted by the Council of Architecture.
AVERAGE 60% AND ABOVE IN PUC OR 12th STANDARD IN PHYSICS, MATHEMATICS, CHEMISTRY / COMPUTER SCIENCE / ELECTRONICS. HOSTEL FEES IS EXTRA (NOT INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED FEES STRUCTURE)

| B.Arch | Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023. |
| M.Arch | Candidates must have passed qualifying examination or equivalent examination as prescribed by the Competent Authority and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks (45% of marks in case of SC, ST and Category-I candidates) taken together in all the subjects of all the years/ semesters of the Degree Examination from any recognised institute/university. Final year students can also apply on provisional basis. Candidates must have valid GATE score. |

Yes, NATA is compulsory for admission to BArch at BMS College of Architecture. Candidates willing for admission to the programme must qualify for the entrance exam with a good score. The qualfying candidates can participate in the COMED K counselling process for the final seat allotment.

To get admission in BMS College, candidates must have passed Class 12 with minimum 50% aggreagte in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics for BArch. For MArch admission, candidates must have minimum 50% aggreagte in graduation. Final selection is done on the basis of a valid score in entrance test.
