As a result, students' JEE Main scores do not qualify them for admission to BMS College of Engineering. The BMS College of Engineering has received multiple honours and recognitions from respectable platforms and organisations, which is another motivation to choose to study engineering there. The college has been ranked 5th by India Today 2023 under the Engineering (Private) category, 5th by Times 2023 under the Engineering category, and 24th by India Today 2023 under the Engineering category.The placement rate recorded during BMS College of Engineering BTech placements 2022 stood at 80%. In addition, according to BMS College of Engineering NIRF report 2023, the median package offered during BMS College of Engineering BTech and M.Tech placements 2022 stood at INR 8.24 LPA and INR 7 LPA, respectively. Therefore, it can be concluded that it is still worth it to join BMS College of Engineering.

On top of it, for BMS College of Engineering, the admission to B.Tech and MBA is made on the basis of entrance exam. Thus, there should not be any issue regarding the open intermediate candidates. However, some colleges may have some special criteria as well. It is therefore, advisable to connect with the admission comittee of BMS Engineering College.

You can get admission in BMS College of Engineering even if you are from Tamil Nadu. There is no such criteria prohibiting admission for Tamil Nadu students. The eligibility criteria for admission to B.Tech in AI & ML course is the candidate must clear class 12th with a minimum of 45% from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects/ Computer Science/ IT/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies subjects. Apart from that the selection is based on COMEDK and UGET KCET Score. The last round cut-off rank for KCET for the general category in 2023 was 2399 and COMEDK, it was 2451.
